Yucai Definitive Agreement ...WHEN ????

Dr Hu and the NEW Hartcourt team has delivery everything they said they would.... and when they would.

Lets hope he finds no surprises with the MOU below once they dig deeply into the propose deal.

Deals CAN fall apart once you are heavy into the DD process.

IMO Hartcourt being a public company there should be no surprises on their end.

Action seem to be the word of the day at Hartcourt now...so..... lets hope (if the deal ends up being right for us) we have this one in the bag before the end of the year.
