That's right except there were no shares to borrow in CMKX and besides they were supposed to be all matched trades, so they just naked shorted the shares until the price dropped and then they just bought them back on the open market at the end.
Thus probably the reason shares were being bought like crazy by someone at the end when everyone was dumping.
If the SEC had of shut CMKX down when they first knew things were not right then any shorts wouldn't have been able to have covered and that's also probably the reason why a lot of the so-called bashers have been here all along tryig to persuade people to sell their naked shorted shares so most likely their bosses could cover. Now the bashers are still here because their bosses just want CMKX to just go away and they are trying to get everyone to just forget about it while at the same time pointing the finger at Urbie so hopefully nothing will ever become of the dividends, because the dividnds are proof of any naked short position within the company. It would be real costly for them to cover those positions if they ever became of any value.
Who knows these bashers might work for John Edwards as they don't seem real upset with his actions only with Urbies.
