I agree with the gist of what you're saying. The problem is when the bears determine the language, they kind of set the structure for discussion, and I think they actually create a false framework.

I don't think there is a class of patients that don't respond well to DCVax that we know. We know there is a class that responds particularly well, and I think they'd like to replicate or make that response stronger in the other patients and probably even enhance it in the patients that already respond well.
