Yes, I remember pointing out that 100M share discrepancy a couple months back...dont know what to do with that.

-SB still receiving shares in lieu of $ for compensation: 12.5M shares in Q3 ($13,750), 5M shares in Q4 ($70,000) (see p. 4 of annual)

-to me this says SB is a major SH & SP is personally important to him, too.

Is there some other way for me to be seeing/looking at this information?
