Berman’s 1,500,000,000 restricted shares came off restriction on March 10, 2017. now, although in name only @ Hexagon Holdings Corporations was there a supposed reduction (in actuality it was only a reclassification from free trading commons to free trading preferred) in shares of 1.4b wonder what happened to the other 100m. the investing public should remember that @ first he had stated to retire/reclassify 1.5b the missing 100m free trading shares https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersform345htm.html
