By October, August "partnership" became consulting deal

We all know that Moran exaggerates for effect in his press releases.

For example, the big healthcare real estate deal in Clinton involved buying a small commercial property and leasing it to Merit Health for a few thousand dollars a month.

Another example, he often mentions Health & Wellness Resource Consortium in his PRs, yet more than two years after its creation, the website still lists the address as in an apartment complex in Houston and the same [phone] phone number, which is obviously a placeholder number.

So what he described as a "partnership" in an August, 18, 2017 press release is redefined as a consulting deal in a video interview, and that redefinition appears to be backed up by the fact that neither Dewmar International or Health & Wellness Resource Consortium are listed as partners in the Delta application.

Readers of this board have known the true nature of this deal since the interview was made available in Octobe, yet its still hyped as a "partnership".
