I'm inclined to not think the gut biome is a strong determiner of blood concentration.

I base that on the IV data which showed the same large variations in the dose/concentration relationship. Presumably administration by IV bypasses the majority of the gut biome interactions.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
