A legal shorted share is the same as a Naked Shorted share except in the case of the Naked Shorted share there never was a borrow located for that share in case it had to be replaced with a real share.

I don't claim CMKX to be Naked Shorted.
I only used the CERT pull by CMKX as an example to why any share that's shorted has no real value or rights as far as the company it's supposed to represent a share of is concerned.

I don't need to make anything up as I have no agenda here as some do to protect or cover for any of the parties involed in CMKX or the markets that dealt in it's shares of stock.

I'm waitng for the proof as well.
So far there seems to be very little proof of anything except that UC and company pumped 703 billion shares into the market and had a good time doing so.
