I know exactly how the market works and it's you who either are naive as to the inner workings of the market or you only want to turn the attention away from the other entity's within the markets that use less than ethical practices.
These scam companies are not the only ones who screw the investors within the market place. Others take advantage of these scam plays as well and use them as a conduit for their own unethical practices and monetary gain.
Yes, a lot of these activities are legal, but ethical NO.
You defend these unethical practices because you probably use them and make a good return by doing so.
Some of these practices aren't so legal, but hard to detect and the laws pertaining to them are hardly ever enforced when they are found to occur.
I believe these unethical practices need to be curtailed and the SEC seems to agree with me as they have been imposing new laws to more closely regulate these shorting activities.
Just because many of you here are unethical in your lives and business practices doesn't make me ignorant or a fool for not going along with you.
