You're one of the few members here I have respect for, so I'll respond. I honestly can't comment on what talkster posted, or what he didn't, and only read one of his posts before I ignored him. The one post I did read, did fit into the pattern of previously banned members, all I can assume is that the moderators have adopted a zero tolerance policy. I am perfectly okay with having both sides of the coin present. I've always welcomed and encouraged discussion, both positive and negative. But, there is a fine line that was crossed. Making the point 5 times an hour, 10 hours a day, is over-doing it. Expressing your concern once or twice a day, in a professional and non-disruptive manner is perfectly okay.
