400K to do a year's audit... The lawyers and the regulators are having a wet dream; just like always; at the expense of the public. It is such a sad situation. Really gets me mad that no-one seems to care. And the ones that maybe care throw up their hands and say "whaddya gonna do about it?" A nation of sheep will be governed by a pack of wolves.
