Agreed! In fact, it follows what Ronin was pushing. Ronin said old BOD wanted to sell Avid and Ronin said that was wrong way to go. They should keep Avid and make IP stand on its own. So selling the IP was Ronin's plan and the terms gotten may be the best they can do. My gut tells me there is more to the story and that the BOD owes SHs complete transparency on who Oncologie is, who is their financiers and how much money do the have to develop the IP. If they didn't get minimum guarantee spending annually on the IP then it is a bad deal

I would have like to seen a deal where the buying party advanced more like 50-100M + milestones+ royalties and got shares at a premium price along with the IP. Say they pay $50-100M and receive 10-20M shares ($5-10/share) and get the IP to develop with maybe lower royalties or milestones. That would have made me a lot more confident that they would develop the IP and that CDMO manufacturing was real
