As a company with little to no money that is trying to transition to CDMO, how much do you spend trying to sell something that no one seems to want to buy?

Did something change? If I remember correctly, 3 companies offered to do initial trials with Bavi in coordination with their drug and pay for the trials themselves. NCCN arranged the deal. Am I wrong?

If these companies were willing to spend the money on the trials, they probably would have offered more than $8 mil plus milestone payments and royalties if they got the needed results. Old management was trying to find a way to get someone else to pay for the trials but hold onto the value of this asset.

My guess is that Oncologie came into existence for the sole purpose of buying Bavi. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the old players are part of the new deal. I wouldn't be surprised if the new players didn't bother contacting other companies to determine interest. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't get an independent party to help determine value. I wouldn't be surprised if CDMO ends up with nothing at all after all is said and done.
