I am sure they will explain away the picture by saying that Downs knew that IDS would become or be bought out by HLS and, well, it must have been too damn expensive for someone to walk outside their building and take another shot, so they saved money by superimposing the new name.

Obviously, if they superimposed the name on this picture, then one must question whose building it is in first place.
