What makes you think they are partnering with an existing cell phone company? I'm pretty sure they are clear on their position as an emerging cell phone brand themselves. One shouldn't ask what cell phone company they could partner with, rather what carrier they will link up to. They are their own brand now.

Need to focus on what manufacturer they are using. Could be Mediatek as I've said all along. I know for a fact it is not Qualcomm.
