We are talking about training the competition, ie allowing the competition to see how the sausage is made. Mcdonalds never feared Burger king, but they sure as hell didn't let them come review their SOP's. That's all I'm saying. You have to look at it from the perspective of someone dropping a mill into a business and knowing your local competition has the keys to the car, and you parent company gave them. You want your franshisee to be successful and have every competitive advantage in competing with the next one down the road. No matter the size.
