Remember if Huawei and Utopya work together, Huawei is the largest privately held phone making company in the world. It is 98.5% owned by employees that work in there plant in China. If they leave the company, they must sell the company back there stock shares. So my opinion, if you want to invest in Huawei and don't feel like moving to China to work for them, your only other option would be to invest in ANDI/UTOP, the hopefully future largest publicly held phone making company in the world!
