I looked through the three sites you posted in http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=1379257 and found no usage of the term "RAS". In fact, the only place where the letters "ras" occurred together across the three pages was in the word infrastructure.
Some of your usage makes me think I'm on the wrong path entirely. High RAS machines allow uptime while they are serviced. for example.
What are you talking about when you describe "RAS"?
