ex, I have a question and I would LOVE to have an answer.

If the Island Boys are keeping their warrants as coverage for shorting, is that legal?

If someone shorts the stock legally, they have to borrow the stock. Can they instead legally use their warrants in place of borrowing the stock, and if so, how is that a legal borrow?

Next, if they can use their warrants in place of borrowing the stock, then would that still be recorded with FINRA because that is for shares not delivered? Meaning if the warrant backs the short position, is it essentially considered delivered?
