His complaint is not about Bellissima. It’s about the other company, that he’s invested in, Iconic Brands. They are in great disconnect. Haven’t you noticed the announcement on Dec 20th of $3.3M in projected sales (vs $750K in first 3 qtrs), the re-promise of audits, 49% ownership transfer, and uplisting, had no substantive effect on ICNB stock price? In fact, it’s hitting 52 week lows. That’s his concern. And apparently this concern is held by the majority of shareholders and potential investors, like me, sitting on the sidelines because the PPS is at these lows.
All the sales in the world matter not, proof is in the proverbial pudding. Richie has to fix the Stock, not Bellissima, going forward. Fulfill promises and stop diluting. He must be making money at $3.3M or is he mismanaging money so poorly to buy Sales? Makes no sense to buy a bottle at $10 and sell at $10, now does it? That’s just an example, not a claim of his numbers. If he makes no money, you have to keep footing his bills and PPS or ICNB will just continue south.
