This is an established company with multiple generic drug manufacturing facilities and selling the drugs in stores, They kind of neglected the stock as they have no need to dilute and sell shares. Then the OTC crowd neglected it as they were not pumping and the stock went back to 0.0001. There are many companies in OTC which are good companies and the stock price is at the bottom because OTC has no investors. All are traders.
So there will be no merger. But now they are going aggressively to increase revenue by partnering with many national chains and also going to sell online including Amazon and planning for an ICO from what I hear.
It is suddenly coming to the attention of OTC traders. This Co is worth maybe $50-$100 million or more already.
