Where would the price be if almost all stocks weren't dropping???

Where would it be if Sessions didn't mess with the MJ sector and knock them all off their high horse?

I guess the fact that almost every stock is dropping right now doesn't matter? This MASSIVE aspect doesn't deserve any consideration? At all?

Turn this chart upside and we would be calling todays close a breakout... Look how it failed to close over the 50DMA and dropped to a new low... It might bounce if they dont shut down the gov, but i dont know. Look at the sell volume...
