Current #AMFE status!
I could defend the ticker like a long, or quell the crying with DD, but the truth is, THIS is how the market values Amfil Technologies!
There is NO news, and or, NO ONE cares about any of the news from the last 6 months.
Two of the companies BIGGEST things to come were/are late.
There was NEVER any plans for a buy-back as they do not have the cash for this (see the fins). #AMFE, in fact, had some dilution reported on the most recent fillings (the opposite of a buy-back).
Midtown is already rated lower than the other two locations on Google because of the following: NO liquor license, and sup-par service and food. IT IS A NEW LOCATION, and I take this into account, but on the flip side, this is supposed to be the FLAGSHIP?!?!
GRO3 never really caught on like expected in 2018, and MOST view thie ticker as an MJ play.
Interloc-Kings NEVER spun off into its own ticker with the new company the has revs that rival S&L.
Natural Stuff is just starting and is probably COSTING money right now as it is revving up again, which makes sense!
We never received exclusivity on Bears Vs. Babies (never specifically named, BUT was alluded to).
YES, there are/were great things that happened in 2017, but it fizzled out toward the end of year BIG TIME and we are starting off 2018 even worse.
I am honestly surprised we are holding a $70+ million dollar MC right now with all of those above things mentioned.
Hopefully it is just a blip on the radar for the NEAR (this month) coming events....it is obvi that some are bailing right now.
