Gottha, someone told me a reverse merger was taking place between Andiamo and Utopya and I looked for the filings a didn't see any so I questioned it but can see with a little effort Utopya is NOW wholly owned by Andiamo and is looking at changing the name , ticker so forth because of the companies new focus and business plan .LOL Thanks . Just observing what the ne direction for the company is and looking at the large OS share numbers and I believe that a Reverse Split would greatly benefit the company longer term to get the share price up OS count down and float lower if its followed by good internal funding ( non toxic ) that's not dilutive. The goal appears to be the Nasdaq at some point and I see a R/S coming sometime even though they said they don't see it now in the cards. Not an owner of the stock but just checking it out. I certainly see that there was a lot of ownership of shares at the low .000s at one point those shares obviously being sold recently. Need a lower float higher stock price to bring institutional investors ,hedge fund and brokerage firms interest or they simply wont buy socks for clients or recommend ANDI. I see R/S split in the future and ill watch and see how the company finances operations and how the share count increases if it does. Hope you do very well !!
