Re-read the interview on the link below and based on the end of December 2017 date I would have to say we are due for manufacturing and distribution channel PR anytime. They need to hit every milestone with accuracy if they plan to hit their price target for 2018.

Has anyone looked at Mediatek? My guess is this is the chipset supplier/ phone manufacturer for Utopya.
