Well I haven’t had the chance yet to review all the links through Vapes post.
However if something has value I don’t think the Vert guys would simply discredit it and write it off.
Why would we have got the valuation,
Even If if Blue Citi connection is there then give it away for peanuts.

I guess what I’m saying is it will make its way around again. In the PR about the evaluation of the assets it mentioned “divestiture” or “licensing” agreements.

Perhaps a LOI is there for someone with the knowhow of the technology to pursue development and patents. Just like it was mentioned in the LEX& release.

The PESA is a sitting golden duck wrapped in camouflage right now.
In my opinion of course.
