Pretty amazing, isn't it? About as far fetched as yet seen around pinkie parts...Has to be to match the preposterous claims NVC makes.

So, NVC got some shares... that will probably never get much above worthless, if ever. That's fitting for a make-believe company!

But, since you, unlike me, took the time to analyze the deal structure, I imagine you'll agree that, at this point, the SEC would have no interest? Perhaps because it isn't working as a pump instument....since the stock is not doing much?
