Many thanks. The most fanatic Nazis obviously enjoyed inflicting pain, particularly the Jews.

Fanatics are like the sociopath. No emotion, or very little, concerning others.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
