Umm-old company/old regime/old news. In case you missed it, we are all here for the new company/new regime/new news, including new Share Structure (which my Magic 8 Ball tells me may very well involve a conversion of a huge chunk of common to preferred/corresponding reduction in AS and OS, and shorts literally spontaneously exploding at their desks). But what do I know?
