I think this question has been asked and answered a zillion times. I can verify that same information as I have asked & received the same information. There was a paperwork error that has since been rectified. In addition, I can say that I have seen absolutely no evidence of dilution up to this point. Not to mention the fact that Mike has mentioned several times that he plans on no dilution and he was working on making a deal with a couple note holders left over from the previous regime (which doesn't add up to a lot of money anyways).
