This whole thing is one clusterF. Trump and Wray force McCabe out. Then Wray now has issues with the memo Nunes wrote without seeing the supporting documentation behind it which the FBI has seen.

So Wray is pissed that Trump is going to release the memo and Kelly says we'll see it in a couple of days.

Christopher A. Wray, the bureau’s director, condemned the push to release a secret G.O.P. memo that accuses the F.B.I. and Justice Department of surveillance abuses.
That puts him publicly at odds with President Trump, who wants to see the memo released.
