JL, since it was an overnight deal, Cantor was “pre-marketing” the deal to existing shareholders since Monday morning. Anyone who got brought over the wall that day is restricted in trading the stock. After the close, the deal was made “public” and marketed to anyone willing to listen. Deal was priced on Tuesday morning at 3.65 before the open.
