If I remember correctly Dr. Lias mentioned at the ASM that everyone in the industry knows the IP is for sale.

The fact that the IP is on the market and the market so far has valued it at very little to zero.

Dr Jedd Wolchok can validate PS Targeting all he wants. But until someone steps up and offers $ the IP is worth nothing.
