That is quite naive and you mean anyone can organize a BOD reshuffle and simply give away certain assets without verifying their values?

Dr Jedd Wolchok validated PS Targeting and others.....the same ones that the new BODs have said they are up for sale or license .....

So now their is something called Fiduciary Duties .....did you forget?
