Thank you for your responses to my quenstions.

As to your addendum, it would be nice if you would be honest enough to admit to everyone here that you never said anything to me about not being an Assitant on a Board - so I could update it as required.

What method do you propose to do to allow someone to update the iBox on a Board, if they can neither be the Chair or an Assistant.
