>>1) Are Private Messages on iHub truly private between the parties exchanging them?

Yes.

>>2) Are they encoded so that You and Boz Z can not read them?

No.

>>3) Can you and/or Bob read members's Private Messages?

Yes. By either logging under their account or going through a very tedious database query process.

>>4) Do you and/or Bob read member's Private Messages?

Absolutely not. We've both said this numerous times.

>>5) I was informed by an SI administration person, prior to iHub's ownership thereof, that reading SI PM's was viewed as illegal; i.e.: a violation of personal privacy. If you and/or Bob Z read iHub PM's, on what grounds do you feel that it is a legal act on your patrts?

I don't understand your question, but it really doesn't matter, because we don't read them.

FYI: John is asking me these questions because I've asked him to stop creating new boards (he has 100's of them) with his name attached to them. So, to circumvent this, he's asked people privately to start boards and add him as assistant. How did I find out about this? Pretty simple, the messages were copied to me by those he sent them to.

Now, John, I've told you I didn't mind if you started boards as No Moderator, but I simply do not want you starting or managing any more boards with you as Assistant or Moderator. It's very simple.
