Hi Gregg,

While I am happy you would accept an apology, none will be forthcoming. You are a smart guy and maybe a savvy investor but I will not apologize since I stand by what I said.

I will keep it short and to the point in order to refresh your memory...last Fall completely out of the blue you phoned me and during that conversation you told me that a single older male individual that lived in Florida had been a steady seller of VTSI stock throughout the entire calendar year up to that point and likely accounted for a majority of the sell side volume for the entire year up to that point. You told me that at the start of the year that person had several hundred thousand shares and was now (early last Fall) down to 150,000 (or maybe you said 160,000).

Manny-the-laundry guy then calls me a month+ ago and says this same FL guy was now down to his last 20k or 30k shares but that he had a brother that also had some shares and was selling as well but "within a week or two that will be behind us."

Neither you nor Manny used the phrase "concentrated ownership" or implied that there were 5 sellers or 10 sellers. You both stated quite clearly there was 1 main seller. You both referred to specific individuals that neither of you named. Manny claimed to have visited the person and spoken directly with him in person. Manny also strongly implied that the only person who owned/controlled more than 5% was Ferris.

You claimed at that time to have the shareholder logs in front of you and either a month by month or quarter by quarter record of whose positions were increasing and whose were decreasing.

So I guess I feel a bit mislead.
