Speculation ....

The problem with a lack of communication flow is that investors always contemplate the worst! Not for one second do I believe that Hayden or Boustead or any other party associated with VirTra is doing anything other than trying to get the company financed and uplisted. The company's actions speak volumes about their desire to uplist and finance and I believe that VirTra is honestly being thwarted by selling pressure coming form concentrated ownership.

Over-time and organically these sellers will liquidate their holdings and move on. With some good news and resulting liquidity I believe many of these sellers will be out and the stock can continue its previous upward trend. Of course guidance will help this process as will some good earnings. Hopefully both both will become a reality in the near term.
