Pardon me if I am wrong (it happens at least 3-4 times a year), but having read every post on this thread, I thought I read somewhere from another C Holder that they received word from the CEO that he (thus the present company management) were unaware/had no record of the Preferred Cs, but would the attorneys look into it? Again, if I am wrong, a thousand pardons, and do hope it all gets sorted out for you
