Total shares is 2.6 billion, do we know the Float count? Or their cash on hand?
How do they fund their start up phase without issuing more stock or diluting shareholders, I don’t get that part.
When they took over ANDI shell there was no stock issuance to infuse capital so where is the money coming from. When Green made an investment what stock does he get in return? Won’t that dilute?
This will be great I just don’t get how they are paying for everything now without it diluting is shareholders. Please help me understand.
