I spoke with Dave Klepinger on the phone Monday, Dave Klepinger is the corporate communications person for PNTV. He said there are no plants in phase 2 and they have had a state inspector out. There are some things that need to be corrected before they get the stamp of approval. I said great so another 2 weeks, we all have heard that enough times. He said to me that it should be less than a week.

Who really knows though with this company, we have heard it all...
