There is no need to naked short a company unless you dig a hole so deep trying to bury the company with shorted shares that you run out of shares to borrow.
It would take an awful strong company to over come a short equal to it's legal float.
Is that why you people post "it's good companies that break shorts" because you've shorted with borrowed shares the entire float again and had to resort to naked shorting in order to try and make the company fail or hold back the PPS?

I can see some MM now saying what the heck is going on? I've shorted this stock for a month now and can't get a break so I can bring the PPS back down to cover. This company just keeps pumping out the good news.

You people don't realize or most likely don't care that when good investors buy into a good company and good news comes out yet the stock price stays flat due to it having been manipulatively shorted, that a lot of investors will take their money elsewhere and never return. That short position that held that company back at that point in time may not have put it out of business, but it cost it investors that will never return to invest in that company again.

It's these MM's that manipulatively controll the PPS for their own purposes that do the most damage, because they short a stock and then good news comes and they deliberately hold it back or they bring the PPS back down real quick when the news wears off and the buying pressure subsides, just so they can cover. That's manipulation and it's done everyday.

there is no "objective truth"--only patterns of probability. "Matter" is seen as an illusion of the senses.
