Ok smart guy...... Please answer JL is loosing all of the cases per your posts so that would mean that Barrick has won all of the cases. Barrick has now got the injunction lifted. Barrick is now free and clear to go mining and mine the World's largest gold, silver and copper mine. The SMA has even reduced the penalty to make it easier on Barrick. So now what does Barrick do they sell of all of their mining equipment and announce to the world that they are doing a feasibility study. Hmmmmmm does not sound like a company that is going to be doing any mining anytime soon. But hey they won wooohoooo let's go Barrick, ya right. Sorry YKR they have won nothing and it would seem like they will not be mining anytime soon. Yaaaa YKR right again.....LMFAO.......
