I am sorry for the unavoidable delay in responding. It is now my understanding, just learned today, that the product packaging (not labels) had to be reconfigured for placement in Ralph's. I don't know much more about that, but I thought I would keep you apprised of what little I do know on that end. While this is not an unsurmountable problem, it is taking some time to resolve. However, I further understand that all is not lost in this regard, as several other grocery chains will require a similar configuration. Though I'm certain this is not what you wanted to hear, I hope this small insight helps. M----


This could be the explanation/cover for the production halt. Can't put it in the same old bottles, requires retooling and startup time. this would also explain why product appears to be getting restocked in some locations. What it doesn't explain is why it isn't being restocked in others.
Further study is required...input anyone?
