not true, check the tpnl trading history. With no exchange and FAR GREATER SPECULATION at that time, tpnl shot up verrrrrry high in a short period of time due to the small and tightly held float. From a few pennies up to .75 or so as i recall. It was mostly just one buyer. I know because i introduced him to tpnl back then- and he informed me about every buy he did. He is gone now. But just because tpnl is not on a nasdaq does NOT mean it cannot overshoot past 2.00 if the right interest occurs. (food for thought from the tpnl historian)
