Q: Is the name and ticker being changed?

A: Yes, around February 1st because filing for a new CIK could temporarily halt trading and we want to give the shareholders plenty of notice.

The up-listing is not listed, but a ticker and name change is in the works. An up-listing to another exchange is not expected in February.
