Yes, the valuation of nwbo is low.
Any buyout at this time would likely also be low, since the blinded data has not even been published yet.
So why would you get all excited about a buyout now, at say $1 or $2?
It would be better to wait for at least the blinded data to be published, and hope to see a buyout of $5 or better (or much better).
Hopefully this blinded data will be published before they announce additional dilutive financing.
If a buyout is announced before blinded data publication, then what price per share would you expect to see?
