So help out...86,000,000 shares issued to Kodiak gives them a basic approximate 10% holding in the company for a bit shy of 7 million dollars? I thought the consensus was that we weren't going to execute the Kodiak shares until we were in the low .20s? Can someone with a better financial and trading background interpret this put agreement and the impacts? How should we read this? Good? Bad? Otherwise?
