Every plant has fires, EPA violations, accidents, and the occasional deaths. To include the coffee decaffeinate plant downtown in Houston. Why your comments are even more naive is the fact that over half of the units in the refineries here on the coast were built in the last 10 years. To include the massive expansion on the corner of HWY 146 and I10. HWY-225 has a couple hundred thousand acres of refinery. And, this little 10K BBP bullshit is going to replace the mega units? Take demand pressure off these units to allow maintenance? Be more profitable? This B.S. is insignificant, the parking lots of most of the Coastal refineries are larger.
