You need to read back through my posts. It is public record. Phillip Morris is the bidder. In fact they were paying fees and making filings to retain the value of the patents while negotiating for them. They are getting any and ALL IP for $235,000. Yeah, I know, pathetic. There was no money and no real effort to shop them around.

No idea who the other bidder was. I highly doubt it was Archer. My feeling is Mullan walked around and washed his hands of the whole mess.

If fact there was a hearing this morning at 9:30 to get approval of the sale.
